Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to get your games to your tabletop as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Standard Shipping Rates

For most board games, card games, and accessories, we offer tiered shipping based on your order total:

Orders under $400: Flat rate shipping of $49 for overseas orders
Orders $400 and over: FREE Standard Shipping ( this is with the exception of Gamesworkshop orders and products) If the delivery charges are higher thn 20% of the orvder value, we will infrom you of the additional charges and offer a full refund if they are not acceptable.

2. Shipping Policy Exceptions

Important Note: Due to strict distributor guidelines and specific margin restrictions, the following product categories do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of your total order value.

🃏 Trading Card Games (TCGs)

Applies to: Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, and all other TCG booster boxes, packs, and singles.
Shipping Rate: All TCG-only orders are subject to a flat $49 tracked shipping fee (or actual carrier calculated rates at checkout) to ensure secure delivery.

⚔️ Games Workshop Products

Applies to: Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, Kill Team, Citadel paints, and all other Games Workshop items.
Shipping Rate: Standard flat-rate shipping applies to all Games Workshop items.
Geographic Restrictions: In accordance with Games Workshop trade policies, we can only ship these products to addresses within our designated region.

3. Mixed Cart Orders

If your cart contains a mix of qualifying board games and non-qualifying items (like TCGs or Warhammer):

The qualifying items will ship for free if their subtotal meets or exceeds $100.
A calculated shipping fee will be added to cover the TCG/Games Workshop portion of your order.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Items: Packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Pre-Orders: Shipped to reach you on the official release date specified on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives.
