The Grundstok Gunhauler is an escort-class ship of the Kharadron airfleets, hired to ensure the safety of larger skyvessels. Small, manoeuvrable and deadly, these two-duardin gun platforms are tasked with interdicting threats and delivering firepower at a moment's notice, swarming in defence before peeling off to launch blistering attack runs.This multipart plastic kit builds a Grundstok Gunhauler, a compact but powerful Kharadron attack vessel. The Gunhauler is armed with an aethershot carbine, two bomb racks loaded with a variety of explosives, and a choice of bow-mounted gun – a sky cannon or a drill cannon, each with an appropriate stack of munitions. It is crewed by two duardin from the Grundcorps – a pilot operating a rack of arcane instruments, and a gunner sat behind the ship's primary weapon.The vessel features industrial details befitting a Kharadron shipyard, from its rivet-lined hull to the buoyancy endrin that lifts it skyward. Ailerons and rudders steer through the air, a host of pipes, valves, and propellers provide power, and sculpted duardin faceplates glare down at the realms below. There’s even an anchor swaying from the side.This kit comprises 50 plastic components, and comes with a Citadel 105x70mm Oval Base and a 50mm ball and socket flying stem. No troops exemplify the Idoneth Deepkin way of life more than the Akhelian Guard. Mounted atop Fangmora Eels, they fight in a loose formation ideal for rapid assaults and sudden retreats, typifying the hit-and-run style of war common amongst the aelves of the depths. Morrsarr Guard are armed with volt-spears and galv-shields, channeling the powerful electrical energies of their Fangmora mounts into the tips of their spears, releasing the charge as a lethal short-range bolt. Some legends tell of Morrsarr Guard formations so large that the brightness of their combined biovoltaic blasts left the entire enemy army blinded and reeling.This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 3 Morsarr Guard. Each is mounted on a Fangmora Eel, a lithe, sinuous bond-beast controlled by the armoured blinders and reins attached to their heads, attacking with their fanged maws and lashing tails. The Akhelians who ride them wear heavy armour chestplates, with their arms bare and their legs covered in mail and cloth for mobility. They wield voltspears and galv-shields, and feature splendid crests on their helmets – there is an extra, specific helmet included for the leader, a Lochian Prince, which features a sail. There are options for a musician, who carries a conch shell and has an open faceplate; and a standard bearer, whose Fangmora Eel is equipped with a towering pennant. The kit comes with plenty of accessories used to decorate the Eels and the bases – nets, ropes, bottles and lamps are included.This kit comes as 80 components, and is supplied with 3 Citadel 60x35mm Oval bases. Idolised echoes of a bygone era, the Eidolons of Mathlann are summoned to life in times of dire need. These are no divine avatars, however, but collective manifestations of the ancestral souls of the Idoneth Deepkin, spirits of vengeance wrapped in the image of a lost aelven god. Eidolons are formed from the combined energies of the souls that can be roused from an enclave’s chorrileum – a living coral reef, storing the essence of expired Idoneth. When an Eidolon is summoned in the aspect of the storm, it appears swelling like a tidal wave before crashing into the foe. Here is the power of the sea as destroyer, anger pent up so long its release is unstoppable.This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble an Eidolon of Mathlann, in his form as an Aspect of the Storm. He comes armed with a fuathar – a spear of repressed fury – and a crulhook; the former is a long, barbed spear held in the Eidolon’s left hand, while the latter is a set of serrated blades attached to his right arm by a strong chain. His armour resembles a set of scales, topped of by a closed-face helm and enormous crest which resembles a spiked net. The most striking feature of both Eidolon models which can be built from this kit is definitely the cloak – representing the unimaginable power of the seas, it is styled as a cascading torrent of ocean water. There are plenty of detailed basing options included, with corals, sea creatures and other detritus from beneath the waves included – you’ll have a lot of spares left over to decorate other Idoneth miniatures. He was the first of his kind, and is the last of the Cythai still alive. All Ionrach bow before him, their one acknowledged leader, the eldest and greatest of their race. He is Volturnos, High King of the Deep, and he holds undisputed authority at the Idoneth’s assembrals. He rides to battle atop his Deepmare Uasall, and sends a surge of pride coursing through all who fight beneath him. A leader of legendary status, it is said that none can read the flow of battle better than Volturnos. He carries a sword known as the Astra Solus, which cuts through armour with ease, leaving a blazing trail of luminescence; and a shield which can swallow hostile magic, rendering it null – Volturnus is not content to lead his troops from afar.This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble Volturnus, High King of the Deep. Very much prepared for war, he wears splendid, heavy plate armour – of particular note are the leg and shoulder coverings, which extend far further than his actual shoulders, providing support for the enormous, wide cloak which billows outward and downward, featuring Idoneth symbols at the edges. In his gauntleted right hand he holds the Astra Solus, a wicked-looking serrated blade, and in the left hefts Cealith, the High King’s shield. Above his shaved head (complete with eyepatch!) is the Crest of the High Kings – a tall, majestic banner with carved metal Idoneth symbols and a large jewel featuring prominently. His mount, Uasall, is a Deepmare of renown – a massive, scaled creature whose forelegs end in huge talons and whose rear half splits into 3 powerful tails, distinguishable from other Deepmares by his larger piercing horn. An aelven waystone is included as an atmospheric piece of detail for the base.This kit comes as 45 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 60mm Round base.
